Online vs. In Person
I offer healthy lifestyle and wellness coaching to individuals who are looking to lead a happier healthier lifestyle that is personalized just for YOU. I offer meal/diet plans, supplement advice, high intensity plans, at home training, and more. Each program includes a 10-15 minute weekly check in where we will discuss what you are succeeding at and what you may need more help and create a plan of action to keep you on the right path. Programs can be on a month-to-month basis, 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month training block.
Together we will focus on builder a better mindset and body for yourself, your program will be tailored to your needs. We will begin the session with an assessment that is included for free when you sign up for training, the assessment will be via Skype, Facetime or whatever video calling platform that is best for you! You can tell me your goals and we will set up sessions.
