I'm so glad you've taken the chance to learn more or begin training to improve your body, mind, and soul! Fitness is a part of my life and I am passionate about helping others become a better version of themselves through healthy eating, dieting, cardiovascular, resistance, and strength training.
I spend about 4-5 days a week working out, and hours researching ensuring I stay up to date to better serve you!
On this journey we will face some hardships and struggles, but no worries! I'll be right there along the way to help you overcome any self doubt, low self esteem, and any other mental or physical barriers that we may stumble upon.
